Profil Jatake, Calon Stasiun KRL Termegah di Tangerang

Jatake akan menjadi stasiun KRL termegah yang ada Tangerang, Banten sekaligus calon kebanggaan warga BSD City dan sekitarnya.

Stasiun ini dibangun di Desa Jatake, Kecamatan Pagedangan, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Fasilitas tersebut merupakan hasil kerja sama antara PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) dengan PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk melalui Sinar Mas Land.

“Proyek seperti ini biasanya kita sebut creative financing, di mana fungsi prasarana transportasi dikerjasamakan dengan swasta,” ucap Menteri Perhubungan Budi Karya Sumadi saat groundbreaking pada 30 Maret 2024 lalu, dikutip dari situs resmi Kemenhub.

“Kita butuh lebih banyak lagi pembangunan seperti ini sehingga titik-titik simpul transit oriented development (TOD) dapat terintegrasi dengan kereta api,” tegasnya.

Pembangunan Stasiun Jatake dimulai sejak Januari 2024. Proyek ini ditargetkan rampung dan mulai beroperasi pada pertengahan 2025.

Stasiun Jatake berada di KM 37+045 Rute Tanah Abang-Rangkasbitung. Stasiun ini bakal memiliki panjang peron 250 meter dan lebar masing-masing peron 6 meter.

Berdasarkan situs resmi Sinar Mas Land, stasiun ini dibangun di atas lahan seluas 2.435 meter persegi (m2). Area ini akan ‘disulap’ menjadi gedung tiga lantai dengan total luas bangunan 3.000 m2.

Direktur Utama KAI Didiek Hartantyo mengatakan rute KRL jalur Rangkasbitung selama ini melayani 205 perjalanan berkat operasional 21 trainset. Secara khusus, pada peak hour di pagi hari ada 61 perjalanan dan peak hour di jam pulang kantor mencapai 57 perjalanan.

“Kami mengapresiasi langkah Sinar Mas Land untuk mengedepankan fasilitas kendaraan umum berupa KRL bagi penghuni, pengunjung, dan masyarakat di sekitar BSD City,” tutur Didiek.

Sementara itu, CEO Strategic Land Bank Sinar Mas Land sekaligus Direktur PT Bumi Serpong Damai Christopher Siswanto Adisaputro meyakini kerja sama dengan KAI adalah langkah yang tepat.

Christopher percaya Stasiun Jatake dan wilayah sekitar BSD bakal berkembang secara optimal dalam waktu dekat. Ia juga berharap penumpang KRL bisa terdistribusi dengan baik berkat keberadaan stasiun ini.

“Kami harap, Stasiun Jatake akan memudahkan akses bagi penghuni BSD City dan warga di sekitar Kabupaten Tangerang menuju Jakarta atau sebaliknya, sehingga mendorong kemajuan ekonomi bagi warga sekitar. Jika masyarakat terdorong untuk lebih menggunakan kendaraan umum, maka akan mengurangi pula jejak karbon dan polusi udara,” jelasnya.

Perancang Stasiun Jatake adalah biro arsitektur bernama Arkonin. Desain yang dipilih bergaya modern tropis dengan tata ruang sangat fungsional.

Gaya arsitektur stasiun ini diklaim mengadaptasi beberapa instrumen bangunan hijau. Ini mencakup sirkulasi udara alami di zona publik dan penggunaan panel surya untuk efisiensi penggunaan listrik.

Tiga lantai gedung yang dibangun diharapkan bisa maksimal untuk area aktivitas penumpang KRL, zona komersial, dan kantor PT KAI. Selain itu, ada fasilitas gedung parkir untuk mobil, motor, dan sepeda.
